There is no wrong way to serve this cheesy bowl of goodness. Top your bowl of nacho cheese dip with sour cream, diced onions, cilantro, green onion or guacamole.Of course, a pile of tortilla chips tastes absolutely delicious too! Serve this dip along with a tray of carrots, pea pods, broccoli, cauliflower, celery sticks and red pepper slices for a healthier snack. It stays nice and warm for all night parties. Or you can toss it all in the Crock pot and let it melt slowly on low. You can quickly make this sauce in the microwave, stirring every 2-3 minutes until fully melted. If you prefer a little less of a kick, use a can of diced tomatoes without the green chiles. The secret to this sauces spiciness is using a can of Rotel tomatoes with green chiles. You could also add diced chicken, ham, bacon, or sliced summer sausage for a meatier version. For a heartier version of this cheese dip, cook up some ground Italian sausage, pat off excess grease and stir in after the cheese is melted.Everyone ate it but no one had seconds and we tossed the left overs. I added about a half tablespoon of chili powder and it gave it a little flavor and it was getting late so we served it as is. I added more jalepino juice still nothing. The taste itself was really bland as well do I added about half a cup more milk which did thin it out but i could of done a whole cup and it would of been ok. If I was to use this recipe again I would either cut the flour at least in half or eliminate it completely. I made it exactly as described and it was super thick from the flour. I read the reviews and most were not liking the whole Velveeta thing, which we like so I went with it. But tonight we were making nachos with ground beef for dinner so I needed something more than just the norm. And love just warming up Velveeta and a little milk in the microwave for a quick Chips and cheese snack. I'll start off by saying we love Velveeta. I was going back between 2 and 3 stars because I didn't like it, but 2 out of 6 of my family did.
